CHANCE: Youth Restorative Practices Program
CHANCE focuses on accountability, healing, and growth. Through restorative circles, mentorship, and guided dialogue, we help young people navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and develop emotional intelligence. Career Connections: Speed Mentoring Across Generations
Career Connections brings youth and professionals together through structured, high-impact speed mentoring sessions. Students engage directly with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community professionals to explore career pathways, ask real questions, and gain practical insight. These cross-generational conversations expand networks, build confidence, and open doors to internships, employment, and long-term opportunity.
